Inside NH Preps: Home court? Hold on

Cager · 9 months agoOnly the NHIAA stands to gain anything by this. Everyone else loses.......the kids, their parents, all the other fans and the sport. In these times when there are so many other things to do and when the NHIAA does nothing to heighten fan interest, the possibilty of being unable to see a game because it is the same night as another game but miles away will occur during the quarter finals similar to when a parent has to choose between seeing their son or their daughter play during the regular season. Instead of more bodies in the stands of a large venue, there will be people turned away at some of the smaller gyms. Parents and college scouts better get there early...a second round game at Trinity will cause a lot of visiting fans to miss the game.

tom · 9 months agoDo you know what the tiebreakers are for the class l hoop tourny? It looks like there could be up to 4 or 5 teams battling out for the 15 and 16 seeds.Concord looks like the only team out of it with 4 games left.My sleeper pick for the tournament is BG. They lost to Salem in overtime, lost to Central by a bucket, and beat Pinkerton in Derry.Losing at Keene was bad,and at Trinity[everyone loses at Trinity}.St. lawrence is getting better every game he plays.
